Bessahotel Liberdade, Lisbon

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel. The rooms were a perfect size for a city hotel, clean, and so comfortable, featuring a lovely modern bathroom. On a low floor, we had the requested twin beds but had to deal with the view of the building across right in front of us. The room was still great, spacious, and even had a small balcony with scenic views of the hills to the castle and along the Avenue Liberadores.

The hotel has gorgeous, large, and well-designed rooms, but cleanliness could be improved. The service is superb, especially with Mauro providing excellent transportation and attraction details. The location is great, close to the center and metro stops. The dining offers a brilliant selection but is a bit understaffed and pricey. Overall, a modern hotel with excellent service.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms had everything we could need, were at the level of our expectations, spacious, modern, and extraordinarily clean with a large window overlooking the Avenida da Liberdade. The service provided was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff, making our experience even more pleasant. The location was superb, close to everything and with the convenience of a free phone provided for international guests. However, the dining experience had some minor drawbacks with the price-value ratio. Overall, a top-notch stay with exceptional value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautiful, especially at night with the perfect view of the beautifully-lit Castle of St George. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was gorgeous with a brilliant shower. However, the service was a bit lacking compared to other hotels we visited in Portugal. The location was superb, convenient for exploring the city, and the dining experience was pleasant with a good breakfast selection.
